  • The first 2 people staying in any room type are considered an adult (regardless of age).
  • At least one adult must stay in rooms with children under 12 years of age.
  • In rooms with people over 12 years old, at least one responsible adult must stay for every 15 children.

  • Transfer service from Punta Cana Airport to the hotel (return). If you arrive at another airport, request a transfer quote.
  • Transfer service to the playing fields if necessary.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration deadline: March 15, 2025.

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS

1st payment: 300 USD per player (up to 15 days after registration).
The remaining amount may be split between the installments decided by the club, with the deadline for the final payment on February 15, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations before March 1: Reimbursement of 50% of the total
Cancellations after March 1: No reimbursement
